A neighbourhood kitchen for the market.

Down in the basement of the Tōsui Building, just outside the Tsukiji market — a Western-style diner where the market crowd has gathered since dawn. The A and B set meals swap their contents every Wednesday and Saturday.

Crab cream croquettes, beef stew — Japanese, Western, Chinese, it's all here. Market prices, sixty-five seats. That's enough.
