Tōto Grill

A yōshoku diner in the basement of the Tōsui Building, in Tsukiji's outer market. About sixty-five seats. With a menu spanning Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes, it has fed the people who work the market from before dawn — a neighbourhood kitchen for the trade.

An old-style diner that has grown up alongside the Tsukiji market. Its A and B set meals change daily, rotating on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Yōshoku staples such as crab cream croquettes and beef stew are served at market-worker prices, day in and day out.
